Noble Privacy Solutions LLC (“NPS”) values your privacy. This privacy notice explains how we collect and use the data you provide to us. This privacy notice applies to our website  We also apply this privacy notice to your communication with us by phone, email, and mail.

In the context of your interactions with us, Noble Privacy Solutions LLC acts as a data controller for the data we process. In the case that you are a current or former client of Noble Privacy Solutions LLC and have signed a Services Agreement, or a Technical and Professional Services Agreement with us, and where certain data protection provisions of any such agreement conflict with the terms of this notice, the terms of those agreements shall supersede this privacy notice.

Data Collected

Direct Correspondence: You may provide NPS with biographical information such as name, email address, phone number and physical address to illicit correspondence with us.  We use this information only for our purposes and do NOT sell or give away your information to any third party.  Information provided will only be shared with those directly providing services to you through NPS. Like most websites, the NPS website collects certain information and automatically stores that information in log files.   This may include information such as your internet protocol (IP) addresses, location where your computer or device is accessing the internet, browser type, and operating system.  It may also collect information about which pages on NPS you access and/or referral pages which may direct you our website.  NPS has a legitimate interest in how you use our website.  This helps us improve areas such as our service offerings, navigation and general website "look and feel" and can also help diagnose website technical issues.

International Data Transfers: NPS is located in the United States, therefore information provided by you will be processed here.   NPS relies on derogations for specific situations as set forth in Article 49 of the GDPR. NPS collects and transfers to the U.S. personal data for the following reasons: you consent; to perform a contract with you; or to fulfill a legitimate interest of NPS. 

Protection of your information: NPS uses reasonable methods consistent with industry best practices to protect your information.  We utilize cloud service providers which offer safeguards that are consistent with industry standards and review our agreements with any third parties to ensure contractual, technical, and administrative safeguards meet or exceed industry standards.  We also employ data minimization and only allow employees or contractors who have a legitimate need to access your personal information.

Data Storage & Retention: NPS stores your information to fulfill our contract and for the remainder of our business relationship.  We will also keep your information for a period of time to analyze our services and/or for record keeping requirements such as for tax or accounting purposes.  For information on your rights for erasure, correction, access or retention, please email us at 

Changes to the Privacy Notice

NPS may change its privacy notice as laws, regulations and best practices change.  If we make substantive changes (that is, other than minor grammatical errors), and are retaining your information as described above we will email you a link to our revised privacy notice.  We have no way to contact you if we don't have your contact information, so you have no reasonable expectation to receive notices to our privacy notice changes if we can't contact you.
